Travel trailers and campers are nonmotorized, portable units designed to be towed on public roads by a land motor vehicle and designed for recreational and camping use. Trailers that are kept at one location and used seasonally are acceptable, if they can easily be hitched onto a tow vehicle and moved. The wheels, axles, suspension and towing equipment must be present and functional, and the lot the trailer occupies must be secure during nonuse time.
